Billing never removes reviews
We never sell review suppression. Paying for PRO does not allow you to hide, remove, or suppress genuine negative reviews. Authentic feedback stays visible regardless of plan. Our revenue comes from tools and insights, not from hiding the truth.
Fair right to respond
Every business gets a 48-hour window to respond to new reviews before they are published. You can dispute reviews you believe are inaccurate. Disputes are reviewed fairly. Our moderation process is transparent and not influenced by payment.
What PRO gives you
PRO adds tools: review request links to collect feedback from real customers, widgets to embed trust badges and reviews on your site, AI-powered reputation insights and monthly reports. These are productivity and visibility tools—not ways to game the system.
Verified reviewers only
We require email verification for reviewers. This reduces fake reviews and anonymous attacks. It also means your negative feedback comes from real customers, not competitors or bots. We protect both sides.
