Agreement
By using Green Star Reviews, you agree to these terms. We provide a platform for verified customer feedback. We do not guarantee outcomes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.
Reviewers
Reviewers must verify their identity via email. Reviews must be based on genuine experiences. False or fraudulent reviews violate our terms and may be removed. We do not allow anonymous drive-by attacks; verification is required.
Businesses
Business owners may claim profiles, respond to reviews, and use tools per their plan. Paying for PRO does not give businesses the right to remove, hide, or suppress genuine negative reviews. Our billing is separate from moderation fairness.
Limitation of liability
Green Star Reviews is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding twelve months.
