For customers
- Find the business in our directory or via a review request link from the business.
- Submit your review after a real interaction.
- Verify your email—we send a link. No verification, no public review.
- All reviews are checked for spam, abuse, and unusual activity. Most are published quickly. Some may require additional information before going live.
- Your review enters our standard workflow. The business gets 48 hours to respond where applicable.
- Once published, your review and the business response appear on the profile.
For businesses
- Claim your business—we verify ownership.
- Complete your profile (description, website, location).
- Respond to new reviews within 48 hours if you wish.
- Add widgets to your site (FREE: trust badge; PRO: recent reviews).
- Use review request links (PRO) to collect feedback after real customer interactions.
Moderation and disputes
All reviews go through automated checks before publication.
These checks look for spam, abuse, and unusual activity to help keep reviews fair and reliable.
Most reviews are published quickly.
If a review includes serious allegations that could harm a business, we may ask for additional information before publishing it.
Flagged content is held for review. Businesses can dispute reviews they believe are inaccurate—disputes go through a transparent process. Paying never removes genuine negative reviews. See our Review Policy for details.
