How it works

For customers

1. Find the business in our directory or via a review request link from the business.
2. Submit your review after a real interaction.
3. Verify your email—we send a link. No verification, no public review.
4. Your review enters moderation. Low-risk reviews give the business 48 hours to respond.
5. Once published, your review and the business response appear on the profile.

For businesses

1. Claim your business—we verify ownership.
2. Complete your profile (description, website, location).
3. Respond to new reviews within 48 hours if you wish.
4. Add widgets to your site (FREE: trust badge; PRO: recent reviews).
5. Use review request links (PRO) to collect feedback after real customer interactions.

Moderation and disputes

We flag potentially problematic content. Flagged reviews are held for manual review. Businesses can dispute reviews they believe are inaccurate—disputes go through a transparent process. We never remove reviews because a business paid us. See our Review Policy for details.
